I have been waiting over 2 months for my order and i have been told get my item has been shipped.And then in the next email told that there are delays due to 5 different reasons over the course of a month. And they refused to give me a refund.Such an awful experience

This back-and-forth of 'where is it?' and 'it's on the way' continued for weeks. The representative, who identified as Jennifer, denied my request for a refund, insisting the item had shipped. However, USPS indicated they were still waiting for it. Jennifer maintained that the tracking information was incorrect and urged me to be patient. I mentioned I would file reports with consumer protection agencies, but it appears many others have had similar experiences.
Just like what others have said, I ordered a gift for a holiday in early December, and when it didn’t arrive near the holiday, I was told it was on the way. I ordered a mini kit for my child for the holiday in mid to late November. The website stated deliveries could take up to 30 days. As the holiday approached without a shipping notification, I reached out for an update. They wouldn’t provide a shipping notification but assured me it was on the way. When it didn’t arrive by the holiday, I requested to cancel the order, but they refused and told me to trust them. I insisted on canceling, but they again denied my request, urging patience. Their site stated that orders could be canceled prior to shipping. I have yet to receive the kit or any shipping notification. This feels like a fraudulent company. Avoid buying anything from them.
They don’t even deserve one star, but the system forced me to select something! This is a full-blown scam. Avoid purchasing anything from them or you will regret it. They take your money and create a tracking number with the postal service to pretend they are sending a product, which allows them to deny refunds by claiming the item has already shipped. Meanwhile, the postal service is still waiting on the item, which will never arrive. It’s disappointing that such deceptive companies exist and exploit genuine customers trying to support small businesses. Don’t be misled like we were. You won’t receive anything from this company. Check the other reviews; we’ve all experienced the same issues. The representative has been responding to my refund requests and is a very friendly deceiver! Don’t trust what they say!
They spend a lot on social media ads to appear legitimate, but my experience has been the opposite. They took my money, and nearly 70 days later, I still haven’t received my order. There’s been no movement on tracking since the day of purchase. I’ve tried to communicate multiple times, received repeated promises, yet nothing has happened. At this point, there’s no product, no accountability, and no follow-through—only excuses. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, save yourself the frustration and money and look elsewhere.
