Even after explaining that I have no package and no proof of delivery was ever shown to me, the support team has been sending generic, scripted replies. Their "solution" is a meager 30% refund for an expensive item I don't even have. This feels more like an attempt to silence me rather than taking responsibility for their courier's actions. Now they are asking me to provide CCTV footage to "prove" I didn't receive it. I do not have a contract with the delivery service; the company does. It is their legal obligation to ensure the item reaches the customer. Trying to retain 70% of my payment for a failed delivery is misleading and unprofessional. I recommend avoiding purchases directly from their site—if the courier fails, they will expect you to bear the consequences.
