It was good , due to the fact that there is no After sell service in Paris France, I was not able to fixe my inta360x5 I have to contact the home office and they did all their best to resolve my issue, by providing me with another solution and I followed the instructions until I send the camera to Germany where it was fixed and I pay the extra charges for that , then they returned it back to me, I’m satisfied with the results. And I thanks you for that , you’re doing a nice job .
I bought an Insta360 Link2 as a good quality desktop camera for recording webinars and day to day conferencing. Supported hardware list includes macbook air. Trying to get it to workhas drawn a blank for real word usage. Insta only test it pluggesd directly into the computer, which in an Air means you can't have an output to a monitor.
So whilst the camera may be really good, it is not tested or sold for a real world use case. Adding the camera to the laptop only and removing the ability to use an external monitor is about as much use as a handbrake on a horse.
Returning the camera until Insta actually provide a solution that works in the real world.
Do your research before buying their products – specifically in regards to weight limits for gimbals. I didn't do my research on the maximum weight limits with my iphone 17 pro max with a moment case and ND filter. The weight is too much, and the company refuses to refund my order.
I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. My package was marked as delivered, yet it never arrived. I was home at the time—there was no knock, no doorbell, and no package was handed to me. The courier apparently signed on my behalf and left the package unattended, which is a significant breach of service. Even after explaining that I have no package and no proof of delivery was ever shown to me, the support team has been sending generic, scripted replies. Their "solution" is a meager 30% refund for an expensive item I don't even have. This feels more like an attempt to silence me rather than taking responsibility for their courier's actions. Now they are asking me to provide CCTV footage to "prove" I didn't receive it. I do not have a contract with the delivery service; the company does. It is their legal obligation to ensure the item reaches the customer. Trying to retain 70% of my payment for a failed delivery is misleading and unprofessional. I recommend avoiding purchases directly from their site—if the courier fails, they will expect you to bear the consequences.

It really feels like a drop-shipping operation that profits by neglecting genuine customers.
The customer service is virtually non-existent! There is misleading information regarding prices and delivery. Whenever I attempt to reach out through any channel, there is no response. It's been a very frustrating experience. I can't even return my order since there is no one to assist me.
Worst customer service that is NON-EXISTENT! False advertising of prices and delivery. When you try to contact them ANY POSSIBLE WAY, nobody is responding. Just such a bad experience. I can’t even return the order since nobody is answering.
