Terrible company. My camera started having issues 7-months after purchase. I reported immediately and it took almost a month to get the first replacement through. This had the same issue, one more month, one more replacement, same issue. Another month, another replacement, same issue. This has happened five times now. Insta refuse any sort of refund or partial refund, and they keep providing faulty products. Their customer care is poor, they won't adhere to customer rights and don't take part in voluntary schemes to be able to rectify the complaint. Avoid this company - their products are poor quality (DJI are much better), and their customer care is awful.
