While I've been refunded in the past, this time I reached out via email and was told to expect my refund in 5-7 days, but it never came. I've sent multiple follow-ups, yet there’s been no response. A quick online search revealed that persistent refund requests can lead to accusations of scamming. Seriously? I'm just a customer trying to get what I paid for, but their inefficient staff consistently messes things up—missing items, incorrect deliveries, and late arrivals. Plus, they've recently added delivery fees, and it seems like my scheduled times are always changing without any compensation. Why charge for specific delivery times? It’s infuriating that they ignore my requests and won’t refund what they owe me. This company needs significant improvements.
