DO NOT!! trust this company, I ordered once and was signed up for yearly subscription ($103.95), that I did not agree to and stated that payment would not start until next year 2027, regardless, do not trust or simply order anything from them, as you may get signed up for something you did not agree to.

Frustrating Experience with Missing Items and Poor Support

This is the third instance where I've not received several items from my order. I've received refunds before, but this time after emailing them, I was told I would get my refund in 5-7 days. However, I never received it and have sent multiple inquiries with no response. I even searched online and found that if you continue requesting refunds, they might think you're trying to scam them. Seriously? I'm an honest customer being let down by their inadequate staff, who frequently mess up orders with missing or incorrect items, and deliveries that are late or left at the wrong addresses. Additionally, the service has added a delivery fee, and almost every time, the scheduled time changes without any refund or discount. Why should I pay for specific delivery times? It feels like just another fee that they impose without accountability. I'm frustrated that they ignore my requests and refuse to refund me what I'm owed. This situation with the company needs to be addressed.

Complete Disappointment

This is utter disappointment. I just spoke to customer service, and they abruptly ended the chat while I was still asking questions. They charged me membership fees that I never agreed to. Complete scammers!

Second Order, Same Issues

Today, I placed my second order. The first time, they canceled it due to an unavailable product and refunded me. This time, I encountered abysmal customer service. The item was out of stock, and the driver sent several replacements I didn’t want. I tried to cancel my order through the website but couldn't because the driver was supposedly already en route. The disconnect between the driver and the platform is frustrating, and the customer service is worse than ever. This will be my last purchase from this unreliable service.

First Order Disastrously Managed

I decided to place my first order today due to illness. Initially, I entered an approximate address, but upon finalizing my order, I realized the app saved a completely different address 6 km away. I tried to cancel it but was forced to contact support instead. After a lengthy wait, I was told I'd incur a cancellation fee because too much time had passed. The responses I received were generic and unhelpful. It’s ridiculous that I can't update my delivery address after placing an order. The delivery driver was fine, but the overall process was a disaster. I didn't even receive the main item I needed! If they genuinely care about customers, they need to drastically improve their platform and support system.

Misleading Discounts

This company is disappointing. They advertised discounts that didn’t work. I had $120 worth of groceries but was offered only a $10 discount on a minimum purchase. When I tried to use the larger discount, it disappeared. This service is a mess and lacks integrity.
