Today, I placed my second order. The first time, they canceled it due to an unavailable product and refunded me. This time, I encountered abysmal customer service. The item was out of stock, and the driver sent several replacements I didn’t want. I tried to cancel my order through the website but couldn't because the driver was supposedly already en route. The disconnect between the driver and the platform is frustrating, and the customer service is worse than ever. This will be my last purchase from this unreliable service.
