I decided to place my first order today due to illness. Initially, I entered an approximate address, but upon finalizing my order, I realized the app saved a completely different address 6 km away. I tried to cancel it but was forced to contact support instead. After a lengthy wait, I was told I'd incur a cancellation fee because too much time had passed. The responses I received were generic and unhelpful. It’s ridiculous that I can't update my delivery address after placing an order. The delivery driver was fine, but the overall process was a disaster. I didn't even receive the main item I needed! If they genuinely care about customers, they need to drastically improve their platform and support system.
