If I could leave -5 Stars I would. We checked in to a condo with 2 small children under the ages of 5. Ordered groceries for the week and dinner for my wife and I. Thank God we fed the kids earlier. We waited for 2 hrs after our order was processed for the driver of our dinner order to say the restaurant was closed. We have now waited for 4 hours for our grocery order and the time keeps getting pushed back. I called support which took another 20 minutes. They called the driver and got no response. Close to 5 hrs invested now and have no food. Instacart and their support are the absolute worst in business. I would recommend never ordering for them and I truly hope they go out of business so no one else has to endure their poor service.
