Warning!!! I arranged for a mobile mechanic service after breaking down, paid $700, and no one arrived on time. When I contacted them, they were confused about my location. After two days of arguing with customer service, I was promised a full refund, but shortly after, I received an email stating that I would be charged cancellation fees.
