1. I received a message stating that the mechanic would arrive between 11am and 3pm. 2. At 3pm, I called the service. The representative mentioned connecting me with the mechanic, but there was no response. 3. At 3:05pm, I called again. A different agent attempted to persuade me to reschedule; I declined and requested to cancel for a refund. After multiple attempts to convince me otherwise, he finally agreed to send a cancellation form via text. I insisted on staying on the line until it was sent, but he needed to hang up first. 4. The text arrived, but it was not a cancellation form. Instead, it offered a 10% discount if I rescheduled, prompting me to respond Y or N. I selected N. 5. I called for the third time and spoke with another agent. Once again, I faced pressure to reschedule, and was told he would need to consult management regarding my refund, promising a callback. I never received that callback. This service is clearly a scam. I am now initiating a dispute with my bank regarding the charges.

This service is a complete joke. They claim to offer help until 11 PM, yet when I called at 5 PM, no one could assist me. I was convinced to schedule for the next day at 11 AM, but they changed my time to 2 PM to 6 PM after I had already made the payment. This is frustrating; customers should be cautious and look for alternatives. It's not worth the hassle!
Warning!!! I arranged for a mobile mechanic service after breaking down, paid $700, and no one arrived on time. When I contacted them, they were confused about my location. After two days of arguing with customer service, I was promised a full refund, but shortly after, I received an email stating that I would be charged cancellation fees. I will definitely dispute this charge with my bank. Avoid this service at all costs!
Dishonest service! I had a terrible experience. The mechanic arrived over an hour late and I had to assist him with basic tasks. It seemed like he didn’t even do anything. He claimed he couldn't work on the back brake lines without removing the tires, which is baffling. I want my $234 refunded; nothing was fixed, and I feel cheated.
Absolutely do not use this service! I scheduled a pre-purchase car inspection, but they inspected the wrong vehicle. Despite multiple calls and emails to customer service, I received no follow-up. When I requested a refund, they refused. This service is a scam; you will lose your money!
The mechanic broke at least two spark plugs while trying to change them. He agreed to return with a tool but never showed up and falsely reported that the job was completed. The office did nothing to resolve the issue. I now have a non-operational truck and had to file a complaint with the authorities. Their mechanic screening seems inadequate.
