Horrible service - do not enroll! Trying to cancel and am caught in AI chatbot and endless phone holds trying days in a row. I am going to cancel my credit card to dump this service!And they charged my twice-once to access information and then a separate fee to download the files. Rip off!
Your links aren't working properly. No one answered the help line. You have my money and I don't have my report. I guess I'll cancel my subscription tomorrow. I need my copy of a death certificate asap. Very disappointed. After searching the site for Help I came upon the comments page. I wish I would have seen this before spending my money. I am getting text from these people but no one has told me that after requesting a full refund, they will return my money. Beware of this site!
I was concerned reading here that the fee is hidden until right at the end. I had spent about 25 minutes clicking though various prompts where it promised lots of information on a person I was looking for but nothing would take that long, plus it seemed to do the same searches (online social media) multiple times. I am sure it's a scam to get your money and my advice (which is free!) would be not to bother.Susequent to posting this I was contacted by IC who wanted a reference (I never worked my way to the end of their screens despite 20/25 minutes of trying to get a reference) and my personal contact details! No chance, that data would be who knows where within hours.
Old subscription. They refuse to cancel as I don't have my long ago debit card replaced numerous times due to fraud, yet they have no problem taking $29.63 out of my account every month. Agent tells me to get those #s from my bank. Hahaha. They don't give you that. Don't trust a background company that can't "find" the people paying them.
