YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF OUT OF $60 IN LESS THAN A WEEK WITH NO POSSIBILITY OF FULL REFUND AND WAITING OVER 1 HOUR AND 20 MIN TO GET NO RESOLVE AND DEFINITELY THEY DONT CARE HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN WITH THEM AND PUT UP WITH INTERRUPTIONS OF SERVICE WITH NO CREDIT FOR THOSE INSTANCES.....YES I AM FRUSTRATED AND UPSET OVER $.58....ALSO POOR POLICIES WHEN AN AGENT NOR SUPERVISOR CAN NOT CORRECT A MISUNDERSTANDING IN THE CUSTOMERS FAVOR, ESPECIALLY AFTER MANY MANY YEARS OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON TIME!!!!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR POLICIES AND EMPOWER AGENTS/ SUPERVISORS TO SATISFY LOYAL CUSTOMERS! IN ADDITION CHANGING PLANS FROM MONTHLY TO ANNUAL OR BACK TO MONTHLY SHOULD NOT REQUIRE A CUSTOMER TO CANCEL CURRENT PLANS AND THEN RE ENROLL ....WASTE OF TIME AND PRODUCTIVITY!!!!! NO WONDER WAIT TIMES ARE SO LONG!!!!!! TRULY TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
