Despite a poor review and correspondence about the cancelled contract, cancelled before the trial period elapsed, they continue to take money from my account - some 4 months on. The only option my bank can suggest is cancelling my card - which means I have to contact all business clients to update details as I am some £25 out of pocket. I have not received any ink cartridges for the last 4 months but keep paying!!
