We had used this printer for a couple of years. I had signed up for instant ink at some point. I received too many boxes of ink, so I cancelled to let it catch up. What they don’t tell you is that your printer WILL NOT WORK if you cancel your subscription, my husband had some urgent paperwork that he needed printed and I could not get the printer to work. I put in another box of their cartridges and it still would not print. It took me days and multiple chats, then a conversation with an extremely rude employee that barely spoke Englishto determine that my printer that had been held hostage for ransom would all be ok if I renewed my subscription. I’ve always used HP printers for home use, but I am done. It is going in the trash and being replaced with another brand.
