Since September last year, I’ve been waiting for a replacement part to become available for my Instant Vortex Plus Dual Drawer with ClearCook Air Fryer (Stainless Steel – Left Drawer). After numerous emails with customer support over more than four months, nothing has been resolved.The only response I keep receiving is that there is no expected date for the part to be available and that nothing else can be done. This is extremely frustrating and unhelpful.What makes this even more unreasonable is that the spare part costs around 10% of the full unit price, which makes replacing the entire unit completely unjustifiable — especially when the product itself is otherwise in good condition.I’m asking for a proper and transparent response: either provide a realistic timeframe for when this part will be available, or propose a fair alternative solution. The whole situation has become very messy and disappointing, especially after waiting more than four months with no progress or accountability.I expected much better customer support from a brand like Instant Pot.
