Although my Instant Pot air fryer works well, it’s losing its digital display. There is no way to ring customer services so I followed their instructions and emailed them including their form filled out with my name , address, email, phone no, date of purchase. Place of purchase, photos of the machine and the silver sticker on the back, and an explanation of what’s happening and asking if there’s anything I can do to correct it ( I’ve had it just over 2 years).I then received an email from them asking for all the details I’ve already supplied, photos I’ve already supplied and a photo of the receipt which I no longer have 2 years on Without all of which ( bearing in mind this is not a warranty claim ) it appears they can’t advise me.🤔🤔🤔🤔more like customer NONservice.
