I was so sad to have to write this, i have been a cutomer for over five years but i am mortified.I recommended 5.7l Instapot of which i have and love.She recieved her and after taking advice from me and youtube video's the pot was saying burn, this has only happended to me once but going through this with my friend we concluded that the pot was faulty.I advised her to contact the company directly,she did this and the email she recieved back was awful, claiming she was doing something wrong, no phone call no explaination and refusal of returing the goods, against Consumer Rights Act 2015, i am appaled by this behaviour no wonder the parent company went under in the USA. 01770744 - Thank you for contacting us!
