Website and registration process is straight booty. my local Verizon is terrible for going with their product, made the terrible decision to buy the product, had difficutly with the registration process, gave up cause had work, forgot about the entire this, now my screen cracked and I dont even know if i want to bother even trying to go through the company. Dont ever buy their products if you dont need to
