Got this screen protector from Verizon. Never again. The screen protector cracked simply by another phone being tossed on it. I got it yesterday Jan 31.26. I registered the product hopefully to get a new one for free. NOPE. You have to pay 9.99 for shipping and handling. Scam. I ended up paying for another brand on Amazon because I know they actually work.

If i could leave a zero i would. Website and registration process is straight booty. my local Verizon is terrible for going with their product, made the terrible decision to buy the product, had difficutly with the registration process, gave up cause had work, forgot about the entire this, now my screen cracked and I dont even know if i want to bother even trying to go through the company. Dont ever buy their products if you dont need to
If I could give 0 stars I would:I purchased the InstaProtek Simple Tempered Glass for iPhone 17 Pro Max and registered it correctly for warranty replacement after it cracked. Instead of sending the correct Pro Max replacement, InstaProtek sent me a privacy screen protector for the smaller iPhone 17 model.When I contacted customer support to fix the issue, I spoke with a representative named Daniel, who repeatedly told me that this was somehow my fault and that I purchased the wrong product — which is not true. I bought the correct Pro Max version originally and submitted the warranty claim properly. This was clearly a fulfillment error on their end, yet Daniel and the support team refused to take responsibility or quickly resolve it.The lack of accountability and poor customer service made this experience extremely frustrating. A warranty is supposed to protect customers, not create more problems. Based on this experience, I would not recommend InstaProtek.
Paid extra for a protector that promised “free replacements,” but the replacement process has been slow, confusing, and costs $10 shipping each time. Two weeks in, no delivery and no clear status. Not the peace-of-mind experience advertised.
This screen cracked in just 28 days. I literally pushed on the edge of the screen and it shattered it and made a line going across. My family have had over 30 cell phones with screen protectors on them and never have they even come close to cracking like this one. I definitely would never buy this ever again.
Purchased this product. Within 4 days my screen broke. Contacted instaprotek and they stated since i didn't yet register my product it was not under warranty. I said it was 4 days ago, they said I should have registered it the day of. It says you have 30 days, how was I to know their product sucks.
Don't fall for this scam peddled by Verizon. Purchased the extremely expensive ($63) screen protector because of the "lifetime warranty." Little did I know that the protector is worthlessly flimsy and will break after the most minor drops. So much for the "lifetime warranty" because a service fee of $10 comes with each replacement order. I'm currently on my 6th protector after purchasing it a little over a year ago. Waiting for the class action suit.
I purchased the tempered glass protector for my new iPhone. I spent the extra money since it offered a warranty after four weeks it shattered and now they want me to pay $9.99for shipping and handling to send a new one. Not worth the $40 I paid initially.
