Ordered the product in November 2025. It took months (and nearly 20 attempts) to get the impressions done correctly- after being told contradictory advice by agents. Amazingly, straight after I called to complain and demand a refund, my impressions were approved. I was then given a date of March 24th 2026 for my veneers to be ready. It’s now 2 weeks since that date and the company has decided that it doesn’t need to keep me updated anymore seeing as they have my money - and I still have no end product! Absolutely terrible customer service who literally just read from a script (which is particularly bad when you ask a question which they don’t have on their scripts - so they just repeat a previous paragraph). Overall, very unimpressed with this service and would recommend anyone to consider different veneer providers.
