The communication was always available and quite excellent. The product was such a good quality and instantly made a great difference in my appearance, smile and confidence, I am very pleased with the overall product and service.

Still trying to take £45 each month ,well keep trying , Account and card have been blocked and fraud office have been notified so you'll soon be hearing. And by the way do you want me to return this pile of crap that you've charged £300 for.
This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had ordering something. I originally ordered them back in October it took 2 months to get them. They broke within the first hour. Then they remade them and they assured me that these were going to be better, stronger etc etc. They weren't in fact the ones they sent me along with the bottom ones were two different colors the tops were Chiclet White and the bottoms were this beige color. Neither fit correctly. I couldn't even put them in my mouth together. The veneers were made off of my impressions, however they added product for the second time in the area where I had chipped out, which now caused them not to fit. They were no longer the same as the impressions. In fact where they've broken is exactly where the product ended. These broke right in the middle of my 2 front teeth and on the side. They actually wrote in the email dating it was not their fault but the fault of a broken implant which I didn't have a broken implant my implants are perfectly fine I had chips teeth out but they said that wouldn't be an issue at the very beginning. Only after threatening to blast them all over social media and tell them that they knew damn well that this was their fault with no apologies or anything they just read we will refund your money but as I said above they've only refunded for the top.
I never wanted them to remake the bottom ones in fact if need be I can give you all the emails that I sent regarding me asking for a refund and there was no need to make them and be either ignored me or they would just reply with the same answer oh they're already being manufactured. And then they show up a completely different color. it was just ridiculous. These things are the worst quality product you can possibly put in your mouth. They're nothing less than just a 3D printer printing out plastic teeth. It's an absolute shame that they scam people like this. I'm going to blast all over my social media pages which each one of them have over a couple hundred thousand followers so trust me when I tell you it will be damage
The process takes a long time just to get your Veeners and something is always wrong finally worked it out.They didn't fit hurt my teeth bite was off I have been working with there warranty dept for 2 months you can only get a hold of them by email and they ignore your emails they don't communicate days and weeks to get a reply and when they do they don't answer the email that you sent there should be a phone number you can call to talk to somebody this has to improve I would not recommend them to anybody there are better snap on veener company's out there buyer beware.
Shockingly bad. Had to send extra photos but they sent the veneers before I sent the pics. They are way whiter than the colour ordered. You pretty much get Turkey white no matter what colour you order. No definition so it looks worse than fake teeth from a xmas cracker. Looks like one solid piece. Do they care? No had my money and now dont give two hoots. I bought this to lift my sons spirits over teeth issues. He cant wear them as looks like a complete idiot.
Terrible service. Placed my order back in November 4th 2025, today is February 5, 2026 and still no response, no solution every time I call they tell me that it will be sent in few days since Nov 2025. The Customer Service is great but the service is terrible. Never tell you accurate information I spent $350 for nothing. Please do not order from this place. Does not take does not take over 3 months to receive your order. I keep getting emails but never my veneers. Everything was approved and accepted my impressions. No issues at all and still today no veneer. At this point Callie my bank to get my refund since they are not willing to do so. This is sad and false advertising. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Another thing my bother place am order last month at the beginning of the month January 2026 and still haven’t received he veneers after everything was approved no issues with the impression mail out they received it and still saying they are working on it. Like seriously. Waste of money, time a numerous phone calls.

The instructions, and accompanying videos, to take your impressions made the whole process easy to follow. I managed my impressions first time. Instasmile kept me updated throughout the whole process and I was amazed how quickly my veneers arrived. I'm so happy, would recommend to anyone thinking about it.
After losing my veneers, I felt quite self-conscious. I reached out using the warranty I received with my purchase, and I was amazed at how much better my replacement pair looked compared to the originals. I'm extremely satisfied with my new set! 😁
I am writing regarding a recent order I placed. I have been a customer since 2020, enjoying over six years of satisfaction before this issue arose. During that time, I made more than 34 purchases and invested hundreds of dollars in the products, believing in the quality and durability advertised—especially the Dynamic line. After my warranty expired on a previous item that broke under normal use, I chose to stay loyal instead of switching to another provider. Unfortunately, this decision has led to ongoing frustration, delays, and disappointment. Due to incorrect information from a representative, my order was delayed. Consequently, I missed receiving it for my birthday, Christmas, and New Year’s, all due to production and shipping issues. When the order finally arrived, it was not the Dynamic reorder I expected. The product is much thinner, does not match my previous Dynamic orders, and feels fragile enough that it could break from something as simple as eating a cracker. This situation has been very upsetting. I’ve lost money, time, and significant moments that cannot be replaced. I relied on the assurances given through customer service, which were not honored. At this point, I am requesting a full refund. I am giving the company a chance to address this matter properly and acknowledge the service breakdown after years of loyalty. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this issue.
I strongly advise against engaging with this company. They lack a solid reputation and are not consumer-friendly. I tried to use their impression kit eight times, with assistance from my dental hygienist, but had no success. When I requested a refund, I received the typical corporate response: “WE KNOW THIS IS NOT THE OUTCOME YOU HOPED FOR.” Essentially, they are refusing to refund me, leaving me with no options. This company has multiple complaints against them, and their reviews are just as misleading. This situation reflects a misuse of power over consumers. I urge everyone to avoid this dishonest company—it's completely unethical and unacceptable!
