I discovered this service through a contact and, seeking flexibility, thought it would be beneficial since several companies I know work with them. However, the entire process has been chaotic. They alter your time entries without notice and provide conflicting information. When I inquired about changes, on-site staff were unaware, and I ended up having to wait for approvals that delayed my pay. This has happened multiple times at different locations, raising questions about their tracking system. Additionally, I received a late-night text about performance issues despite having submitted adjustments. Their premium program has proven to be ineffective, and despite maintaining excellent ratings, I find myself with limited shift access. Companies I previously worked with have requested me directly, yet shifts are not appearing as promised. My account has been restricted for no reason, and I’m left with minimal options. Even minor discrepancies in time punches seem to be manipulated in their favor. I feel frustrated that I could have built my profile elsewhere, but now I am stuck rebuilding it, which will limit my earning potential.
