The insta-pay was NOT automatically instant as advertised- I had to contact support 3 times for it to work and STILL had to pay the fee for the first time. After that, I have had nothing but issues with technical support while most of my requests for help have been met with an AI generated response of “we are transferring you to a specialist, you will have a response in the app within 4 hours. And every single time the conversation has been closed due to “my” unresponsiveness. Madness. I am still waiting to be paid for 3 shifts that were advertised as insta-pay accessible. On top of that I have never been offered a bartender shift which was the whole reason I got on the app. Shifts are all super low wage (some as low as $10/hr). 0 of 5 stars
This app is the worst and I deleted it after 9 months. You can not be told when you get negative feedback what it was for, they send out texts to confirm shifts but will claim when you went through the steps that you didn't confirm (in my case, it was one I had done a lot of work for and was in the process of trying to get a job at, thanks for ruining that and making me look like a flake), support is useless and lies...There is a reason both Colorado and California have successfully sued this app, run away, run far away, eventually one of their mess ups will cause either your company (employer) or you (Instaworker) massive headaches and lost money. Fraud is abound, labor law violations abound.
Again again they never pay me it takes for me to be mean and consistent fight them over my currency . This time they were suppose to pay me 44 I only received 19 dolares for a huge event they only gave me a 20 dollar tip and yet they still haven't deposit it in my account . It's the Aramark convention center sparks . They make so much money they gave me their number in an invoice and it's unbelievable how they cannot oa me the 44 in full they robbed me and I only received 19 dolares they do this to me every single time and they know I live at a shelter
This was a frustrating experience. The unusual video interview and the representative's behavior made me feel uneasy. Despite having college degrees, I wasn't approved, and I'm unclear about what went wrong. I invested a lot of time for what? I've heard it's challenging to find work on this platform initially. In my role as a manager at events, I've had to send two workers home due to their incompetence.

I discovered this service through a contact and, seeking flexibility, thought it would be beneficial since several companies I know work with them. However, the entire process has been chaotic. They alter your time entries without notice and provide conflicting information. When I inquired about changes, on-site staff were unaware, and I ended up having to wait for approvals that delayed my pay. This has happened multiple times at different locations, raising questions about their tracking system. Additionally, I received a late-night text about performance issues despite having submitted adjustments. Their premium program has proven to be ineffective, and despite maintaining excellent ratings, I find myself with limited shift access. Companies I previously worked with have requested me directly, yet shifts are not appearing as promised. My account has been restricted for no reason, and I’m left with minimal options. Even minor discrepancies in time punches seem to be manipulated in their favor. I feel frustrated that I could have built my profile elsewhere, but now I am stuck rebuilding it, which will limit my earning potential.
I entered my phone number and received the verification code, but upon entering it, I was told it was invalid. I want my account deleted, but there’s no guide or contact method available for this. Their solution for regaining access involves getting a new phone number, which is perplexing. I urge others to avoid this service due to its poor software functionality and my request for account deletion.
