All the shifts I have worked have been amazing! Great staff! Everyone is courteous, welcoming, and supportive. The flexibility of shifts of the Instawork platform is great. Being able to choose where, what and when is awesome because life happens. You can even trade shifts if you are unable to make it which is truly a real bonus considering you can’t do that with a regular job. The pay rate is really good as well.
