I wish there was an option for 6 stars! I have been using Instool for almost a year now, I’ve got to say it is the best software I have ever used for increasing productivity on the admin and project management side of things. Not to mention the technical knowledge and support in all areas from Ian & Robert is absolutely amazing.We definitely would not have been able to scale to the point we are at now without Instool.. unless we hired another bunch of full time Admin!I used to spend days completing handover packs, it was a never ending cycle! now I can get a weeks worth done in an afternoon! It’s also great for our installation team, the fitters all have access to project stages so no longer am I chasing for certs and test results, they are all filled out on site and uploaded to the pack ready to go, amazing.These guys are at the forefront of the industry right now, getting on board was the best decision we ever made and I’d encourage anyone and everyone to do the same!
