I scheduled a kitchen replacement with this service, set for installation on November 10th. The wrong kitchen was delivered on the 6th. Work started on the 10th with the correct units arriving, but only the old units were removed. Fast forward to November 24th, and I regret engaging with this company. The joinery was poorly done, and I'm still waiting for fixes. Electrical work has needed three returns already. All splashbacks require replacement, and there have been no apologies. I requested a manager visit, but was told that all managers had family commitments. My concerns, supported by photos of the faults, were ignored, and they have my £7800 with a substandard installation.
