The salesperson was decent but made extravagant promises, which raised concerns. My partner appreciated the panels, which I also found appealing, but we were offered a 'deal' if we chose their installers. This is where things went wrong: the crew was unprofessional, using foul language unnecessarily and asking to leave early, extending the job from three days to four and a half. They left glue on the sides of the panels, failed to seal around the sink correctly, and instead of using the appropriate tools, they damaged my back wall with a chisel bit. When I reached out for them to fix these issues, the attitude shifted; the representative on the phone blamed the contractors and told us to contact him directly, who was not in the best mood upon returning. I would suggest purchasing the panels, but that's the extent of my recommendation. Their behavior was rude and aggressive once the payment was made.
