Very disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this service again. They delivered the wrong item, which did not match the images on their website, and refused to discuss the issue, blaming the manufacturer instead. It seems they did not listen to my concerns. While the representative was friendly, the lack of attention to my issue was frustrating. This is not what I expect from customer service.
