When I finally connected with a representative, their attitude was uninterested and unprofessional. They provided minimal information and ignored my urgent request to switch insurance providers. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. The helpline kept insisting that I would be contacted, but that never happened. It was a frustrating experience, and I'm relieved I didn’t proceed with purchasing the insurance.
