Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no response. The helpline kept insisting that I would be contacted, but that never happened. It was a frustrating experience, and I'm relieved I didn’t proceed with purchasing the insurance.

My experience with the service has been very disappointing. It has been nearly three months since I submitted a claim, and despite submitting all required documents promptly, I have yet to receive payment. Repeated follow-ups have been frustrating and time-consuming. Such delays significantly disrupt planning and cash flow, making it difficult to focus on my business. The service must improve its claims process and ensure timely compensation for clients.

While they excel in marketing, their claims handling is severely lacking. After years of paying insurance premiums, my first claim due to an external issue has been a terrible experience. Ten days into a straightforward claim with all necessary documents submitted, I've encountered poor communication, excessive paperwork, and no progress. It's clear that processing claims is not a priority for them. I’m extremely disappointed.

I was asked for a payment link for a health insurance policy, but claims were rejected one after another, accompanied by untrue excuses. By 3 PM, I still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called, the agent was unhelpful and dismissive. They claim to prioritize clients, but my experience was the exact opposite. A complete waste of time.
