I had a very disappointing experience with the service. I was promised a callback 'ASAP,' but after multiple follow-ups, I was told I would be contacted by 2 PM. By 3 PM, I still hadn’t heard from anyone. When I called, the agent was unhelpful and dismissive. They claim to prioritize clients, but my experience was the exact opposite. A complete waste of time.
