Dont bother proceeding with a quote if you have a new car as the system wont recognise it and as an online only company they wont discuss / resolve via email -0 hence its a waste of time.I can only imagine how awful it would be to be a customer if thats how they treat a prospective 2.5K new business.

They took my premium then after the 14 days had passed sent a request for proof of no claims. I sent them the email from my previous insurance but they wouldn't accept it as an email and I was abroad so unable to access a hard copy so they cancelled my policy and refused to refund the payment even though only gave 14 days cover.
