There are absolutely no advantages to this experience. The drawbacks include inadequate customer support, terrible shipping, and subpar product quality. The customer support is nearly non-existent. There's no phone number available, which is a major warning sign! After they received my payment, my emails went unanswered. Shipping was a nightmare. It took over a week for them to dispatch my items, and they still managed to mess it up. Some items were missing from my order, and despite paying for expedited shipping with tracking, they sent the missing items via regular mail without any tracking. It's been more than a month and a half, and I'm still waiting for the missing items! Their response is simply to be patient. Their professionalism is severely lacking! The products themselves are nothing to write home about. I've purchased lower-quality sets from overseas that were better and cheaper. It's best to invest your money elsewhere! It's astonishing that this service remains operational given their poor treatment of customers and their tendency to overcharge.
