I was not notified that you have now used an automatic autorenewal process on your policy and missed the 14 day cooling off period, I only noticed when my bank statement came through that you had taken £175.54 out of my bank. I have complained and closed my policy and have lost £79.00 which i can ill afford to do. I have been with you for years and am so disappointed with your service now so wont be coming back.
