The price point on my yearly European cover was excellent and unlike some policies included places like Morocco, Canaries,Egypt that were not included in other companies policies.
Downside the incessant e.mails ,even though I've requested them to stop and getting charged £15 a go to make any changes.
Having visited nearly 100 countries over 45 years I found myself in a position to claim on my insurance for the first time. Handled by a different company the experience was mediocre. First two calls had me waiting for a combination time of 63 minutes before the line went dead😡 third time lucky the gentleman was helpful and easy to understand.Process was online and fairly simple but what with the cost of the excess,tax, and Drs letter my outlay of £270 was reduced to £125 net.
So I suspect I will return to my usual provider next year (Stay sure) even if a little more just to get rid of them tedious e mails.!!
