You cannot talk to a person at all. Everything is through text. I asked for a quote on insurance. They sent me quotes, and I clicked on one to read through further. When I clicked a service representative texted me and asked me if I wanted to purchase the policy. I told them no because the policy wasn't a 100/300/100 like I wanted, it was a 30/60/90. The representative said that's the lowest that can be offered in the state. Which clearly the person didn't understand what I was saying. Anyway, I never signed any policy and tested I do not want it. I also texted them to ask them to cancel my application. Well a few days later I was charged for the policy anyhow. I tried to contact Insurify. I texted and called. But like I said you can't actually talk to anyone, just text them. When I got a text message back they said they cannot help me and to call the insurance company instead. I did call the company and they cancelled the policy for me. But, my point is, insurify approved of a policy I explicitly said I didn't want, and charged me, but then couldn't help rectify their mistake.
