Usually Insurify is great, fast, with good rates. Unfortunately, this time, the representative took over 20 minutes to respond while in the middle of processing my application. Also, the wrong start date was entered for my policy, and I didn’t know this until I had already been charged, as a result of him not confirming the details of my new policy before charging me. And he initiated multiple chat closures - due to long times it was taking him to text me back, I wasn’t sitting by the phone waiting, and whenever it took me longer than 2 minutes to respond, he closed the chat. This has never happened before. I’ve used Insurify for a couple of years now. I hope this is not a downward spiral in customer service.

I hope she gets a raise because I was in a situation where I needed help immediately and she was able to help me

I recommend everybody to use the text message service because it’s a lot better than the phone service

I noticed early on it was impossible to talk to a person. DON'T KNOW IF YOU PEOPLE EVEN CARE BUT YOU HAVE TO TALK TO A HUMAN SOMETIMES. I PREFER DUTY TO DO IT EVERY. Computers not helping me and you're not looks like you're not user friendly at all. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY IF I CAN'T CALL YOU AND MAKE A CLAIM please please please I had general long time ago you used to be a very good insurance company. Please please address these problems these are problems for everyone not just me I can get everyone in the neighborhood to send you an email or text or try you're not please stop it with the computer crap please please
I've been trying to make my car insurance payment for more than two weeks, but I keep receiving a message stating that my payment is not accepted. Initially, it went through, but now it denies all seven of my cards repeatedly on the insurance website. I suspect there might be a bug that needs addressing. Is there any alternative method for me to pay my insurance without using the website? I really need assistance.
