Usually Insurify is great, fast, with good rates. Unfortunately, this time, the representative took over 20 minutes to respond while in the middle of processing my application. Also, the wrong start date was entered for my policy, and I didn’t know this until I had already been charged, as a result of him not confirming the details of my new policy before charging me. And he initiated multiple chat closures - due to long times it was taking him to text me back, I wasn’t sitting by the phone waiting, and whenever it took me longer than 2 minutes to respond, he closed the chat. This has never happened before. I’ve used Insurify for a couple of years now. I hope this is not a downward spiral in customer service.
