Called on 3/4/26 and requested a manager to call me back. The rep I spoke with stated he was not sure the turn around time of when a manager will call. The rep, Chris V. stated my licensed agent would contact me and the manager would as well. The customer service and knowledge was unacceptable for this type of assistance. The rep, Chris, did not offer to check w/ other co-workers to see if he could get an answer either. I'm still waiting for a call back from a manager and my licensed agent. Still unhappy w/ the outcome.
