Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted the insurer before any suspension to make payment by credit card after my bank account on file was no longer active. I notified them, provided my card, and clearly tried to pay.They refused to take payment and repeatedly said “nothing can be done, we must wait for the bank.” Then the policy was suspended — and suddenly they were willing to take payment, but only with a reinstatement fee.We did everything right and were still penalized. This feels like a setup to charge extra fees. Very unfair practice. I would not recommend.
