Purchased a 16TB drive from the seller. Encountered numerous problems with games failing to load and crashing, plus incorrect control configurations. The support team has not responded to emails and seems to have abandoned any assistance! I simply want support since I paid for ongoing help with the drive. I cannot recommend this seller as the drive is awful and a waste of money. Avoid purchasing from this seller!
