Extremely Disappointed with the Drive

Purchased a 16TB drive from the seller. It has numerous problems with games not loading and crashing, and the control configurations are incorrect. The support team does not respond to emails and has completely abandoned any form of assistance! I expected support since I paid for ongoing help with the drive. I cannot recommend this as the drive is awful and a waste of money. Avoid buying from this seller!

Warning: Terrible Customer Service!

Purchased a light gun drive from the seller and faced numerous issues. Claims the drive is plug-and-play, but it is not! They do not respond to any of my emails, despite several attempts with no replies. There is no support available, so I cannot recommend this seller. If it were an option, I would give 0 stars. Buyers, beware!

Exceptional Customer Service from a Reliable Company

These machines are fantastic. The attention to detail is impeccable. The owner goes above and beyond to ensure customers have the best experience possible, reflecting his own gaming expectations. I can also clarify that those claiming to have paid for 'Lifetime support' actually paid a different company for that service, not the seller. This company provides excellent customer service and will continue to do so. They are trustworthy, and if issues arise, they work hard to resolve them.

Sold a Light Gun Drive with Unfulfilled Support

Sold me a Light Gun drive with lifetime support but now refuses to provide any assistance. 99% of the games do not work. The seller accused me of tampering with the drive when it failed from the start. Very suspicious behavior. I requested a refund, which was denied, and I have even been blocked on social media.

Arcade Drive Support Discontinued

Bought an arcade machine drive with lifetime support from the seller last year. Initially, everything was great for the first three months, but then support stopped and I was advised to purchase an updated drive. Support resumed in January 2024 with most issues fixed, but since February, there has been no response despite my attempts to reach out. My lifetime support lasted only five months, and now I'm left without assistance.
