I would rate this service zero if that were an option. They have repeatedly lost, damaged, and delayed deliveries, which is incredibly frustrating. I've incurred several hundreds of dollars in lost income due to their inefficiency. When they miss a delivery date by five days or lose a package entirely, it halts my ability to complete the products I sell. They really need to reconsider their operations.
