Review Time
The service has been very disappointing, with packages marked as delivered only to later indicate they weren't. After several days of waiting, the package still hasn't arrived. I've had multiple negative experiences, and the drivers' reckless behavior and loud music are unprofessional.
It seems I’m not the only one experiencing delivery issues. I ordered two items on December 8, and tracking showed they arrived at a facility shortly after. Living on Vancouver Island, I expected delivery within three days, but the date has been pushed back multiple times with no resolution. Initially, they expressed apologies for the delays, but it’s been quite frustrating.
If possible, I would rate this service as zero. They have repeatedly misplaced, damaged, and delayed deliveries, which is astonishing. I've lost a significant amount of money due to their incompetence. When they miss a delivery date by five days or completely lose a package, it halts my ability to finish the products I sell. They really need to rethink their operations.
As many reviews have noted, this service is truly lacking. One reviewer suggested that securing a contract with a major retailer would motivate them to improve, but that hasn't happened. Typically, the service is decent or average. However, some delivery personnel seem to forget to ring the doorbell. Moreover, if you need to contact customer service, be prepared for an automated message that might say the wait time is 'under two HOURS!' They also appear to overlook special delivery instructions.
I ordered a birthday gift and was told it would arrive in four business days. It reached the sorting facility but has been stuck there for three weeks, with tracking showing it leaves the facility periodically without making progress. After spending 5k yearly with a premium account for quick delivery, I have not received any packages after two days, and there is no information or human support available. I will not make any more purchases until this issue is resolved. If this is what they intended, they have certainly succeeded.
