As many reviews have noted, this service is truly lacking. One reviewer suggested that securing a contract with a major retailer would motivate them to improve, but that hasn't happened. Now, due to recent strikes affecting other services, this one is overwhelmed. My last three orders were free due to delays, and it seems the same fate awaits my next three orders that have been 'out for delivery' for two weeks. In a small community, it feels like the deliveries are taking far too long.
