I couldn't believe what happened with these guys.I had an Amazon order of something small but valuable. It was addressed to my office which is in a 15 story office building in Vancouver. Their tracking notice said they "tried to deliver it" at 6:28 pm (of course, the office was closed) and the next tracking notice said "lost by carrier - undeliverable". I phoned their customer service which was someone somewhere who said she would "email" the company for me. She suggested I call Amazon. I think "Lost by carrier" probably means "stolen by someone there".
