Ordered a package from amazon and it was Intelcom that was delivered it. I live in an apartment building so was expecting deliver driver to ring me via intercom, but they didn't, to be fair they had tried to call me. After seeing status of my package as delivered without signature, I called them to see if I can get the picture of where package was left. I was put on hold for 2 hrs and when I finally through the call dropped, called them again on hold again for 1 hr and call is dropped. I finally called the delivery person so much that they were forced to pick up and they finally described to me where they left the package. I am still waiting for the email that was supposed to be sent to me with the picture of delivery location and I have been waiting for 2 hours to speak to someone from customer service to voice my displeasure. Stay away from this company, their very low rating on this site is well deserved.
