Arrived with a big hole in the back of the sad lion. The beads were falling out. This was not shipping damage. I tried to send customer contact and the "send button" was grayed. I then tried the contact bot and was told I needed to provide more information, but it gave me no way to provide that additional information. I then sent an email detailing the issue. I then got a response "how can we help you?" Now, I cannot get any help. In my email, I wrote that the lion was just stuffed face down in the box, and maybe a little tissue with a corporate logo sticker would have made it look nicer. I got a response that they do not use plastic bags. That tells me that customer service is just an AI program. Now I am stuck with a defective and empty product, and they are not standing by their product. This was a gift, and now I need to go out and find something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
