I called to renew my insurance, I spoke to a young lady and she was not nice in her mannerisms. (That was on Thursday)I was so upset I did not know what to do when she sent me the link. I could not let her rudeness go amiss, so I called back a few minutes later and I got a lovely gentleman who sorted out the building insurance for me. The rude lady,gets a 1star and the gentleman who helped me gets a 5star.
